WELLIONAIRE RESOURCES 

Hey Busy Badasses! Here's all the resources we mentioned, plus a few other goodies we thought you might like. Feel free to email me (jill@jillginsberg.com) or Steph (stephaniepolicar@gmail.com) if you have any questions.

Here are the three Smoothie Recipes we demonstrated. Please note these recipes are enough to make several servings. Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and then blend until smooth:

Green Smoothie:

  • 1 cup of rice milk*
  • 2 handfuls spinach or dark leafy greens of your choice
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana (or 1 small banana)
  • 1/3 cup of frozen strawberries  
  • 1 T of naturally flavored VEGA or RAW protein powder (scroll to the bottom of this page to buy VEGA)
  • Ice (6-7 cubes)

Note: For smoothies, I generally recommend either using coconut milk (from the box), almond milk or rice milk

Chocolate Mint Smoothie:

  • 1 can coconut milk (full fat)
  • 2 dates (or substitute 1 TB maple syrup instead)
  • 2 T chia seeds  
  • 2 handfuls spinach or dark leafy greens of your choice
  • 2 T cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries  
  • 1 T of naturally flavored VEGA or RAW protein powder (scroll to the bottom of this page to buy VEGA)
  • 1/4 t peppermint extract
  • Ice (6-7 cubes)
  • chocolate chips for sprinkling 

Blueberry Superfood Smoothie:

  • 1 cup of rice milk
  • 2 handfuls spinach or dark leafy greens of your choice
  • 1/2 banana (or 1 small banana)
  • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries  
  • 2 T ground flax seed
  • 1 T of sunflower butter OR 2 TB raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 1 T cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca root powder
  • Ice (6-7 cubes)
